better way to brighten up your party than to have the
skirl of the highland bagpipes, whether it be Birthday,
Retirement, Anniversary, Christmas, Engagement,
Graduation, or any other party or celebration, Scotia
Pipers are on hand to
offer lively, rousing Scottish entertainment. We will add extra
flavour and excitement to any party. Why not surprise the
guest of honour with a Piper or even full Pipe Band in
the middle of their celebrations or as they first enter
the hall to realise they have a surprise party. Imagine
the look on their face when they hear the piper strike up
to play Happy Birthday or Congratulations. Pipers really love entertaining guests at parties, you will hear things on the Highland Bagpipe that you never thought possible, from traditional Marches, Hornpipes, Strathspeys, Jigs and Reels to the really bizarre such as Postman Pat and the Flintstones to all the favourite classic party sing alongs, whatever your musical tastes, Scotia Pipers are here to play it. We like to see the crowd have a dance when we play and can play a selection of ceilidh music, if you desire we can supply Highland Dancers to play along with the Pipes. You can even have the Piper do a number or two with your band, depending on the band’s capabilities, this really will get your guests fired up, they’ll be clapping their hands, stamping their feet and racing to the dance floor. We are also happy to take any requests from the crowd on the night of the party. No doubt some of your guests will want their photograph taken with the Piper, they’ll want to clap the feather bonnet and hold the Pipes, we encourage audience participation. We are more than happy for them to hold the pipes or wear the ‘hat’ for pictures. Your audience can even try the pipes for themselves, your guests will have a great laugh as they watch their friends make a fool of themselves trying to get a note out of the pipes. We can also supply you with a Ceilidh Band, or Cover band for your evening's entertainemnt. Also on offer is a DJ, Clowns, Magicians and other children's entertainers.
