Alan started to learn to play the bagpipes at the age of 7 and was competing by the the age of 9.
Alan has travelled the length and breadth of England and Scotland performing at most social functions and competitions.
Alan has supplied his piping skills to Granada TV and BBC Radio and performed at Tony and Carla’s wedding on Coronation Street.
Current customers include Rod Stewart, Manchester United, the Royal Bank of Scotland and Visit Scotland tourist board plus many more agencies and corporate companies.
